  1. Your a good dude bud! Very giving of you to lend your talent and time to people for education and your love of being creative. I wish you all the success you desire . Your the type of person that we all wish were commonplace on youtube. No pranks to pull in veiwers, no jumpscares or graphic content, just a guy sharing something that he loves. Subscribed.

  2. I was told once in a management meeting that Knute Rockne would start every Notre Dame foot ball training season with a back to basics day. He would explain what a foot ball was, what the object of the game was, what the equipment did and what the job of each position was.
I like the approach you use, I realize I have forgotten so many of these basics of tools and woodworking. It is nice to have this kind of refresher course.
Please keep these great videos coming.

  3. Just found your channel and I love it. I'm in Northern Colorado and Love wood working.

Do you ever talk about your table saw and blades for it? Type, how long you use a blade, etc…

  4. Thank you so much for the passing of knowledge of woodworking. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching every video you have put out. Your tutorials have been so helpful with my own progress into woodworking. Thanks again.

  5. I have a 4 feet spirit level that I use as my straight line and speed square for my 45° cut. Great video though, thank you and it’s great to see a true family business.

  6. Great tutorial. I hope you can take it further through joinery, sanding, staining, basic building techniques. You have a wonderful teaching style and it’s kind of neat that you have involved your family as well. Best regards, Dave

  7. Thank you Master James and Family. I'm taking it all in. I personally didn't need a course on the circular saw, however, I watched it in its entirety waiting for that trick of the trade that the common woodworker wouldn't know unless they actually worked as a cabinet maker. Thank you again in advance for the complete and FREE beginners guide to woodworking. I'm looking forward to the lessons.

  8. James, this like all your videos looks like its going to be highly informative with lots of useful info. While I am not new to woodworking I have no doubt that I will pick up something new. Thanks for your efforts to make this possible.

  9. Hi JAMES always watch all your stuff some the best out there. was wondering if your mallet sale is still going on ., thanks walter
