  1. Love your informative, easy to understand teaching style. Can you recommend any software (preferably free) that can aid in creating measured drawings for project ideas? Thanks again for the great channel.

  2. As a lay person when hearing carpenter vs. woodworker. Yes I think of a carpenter framing a house too, but I think it's more the in the general commercial sense. A carpenter is a professional occupation or job, a woodworker I think of as a serious hobbyist. While a carpenter can still enjoy their job and be passionate they build mainly to sell their services or products to make a living; a woodworker may occasionally sell some of their crafts they primarily build for themselves and their own enjoyment.

  3. Everyone needs Armorall for their workshop. It is a requirement, I'm pretty sure, to have the brightest and shiniest like-new Ryobi tools, despite allegedly having been using them for a few years.

  4. I agree. There is no reason a woman can't do wood working, she just can't do it in my shop. My shop is a member of the He-man woman haters club. Dangerous tools and the distraction of boobs are a bad combo.

  5. You are right Steve, I used to watch the Wood Whisper, and Stumpy Nubs, but these men have enormous shops filled with expensive tools I can't afford, so why watch? You have a great channel that doesn't needs all kinds of fancy tools, Those other men lost me some time ago, but not you. I've also taken both of your on line word working courses.

  6. I watched your video on making a box. I'd like it, I just dont have a table saw cause my space is kinda small at 10×10.
do you have any recommendations on portable table saw? or how I can make that box w/o one?

  7. I've recently moved into a new home with my dad and smaller brother, and we have this nice porch in the garden, but no place to sit. So I'm planning to build a nice, cornered bench so my friends can sit outside when I organize a housewarming party. My friend always wanted to do a woodworking project so I asked him to join in. We have no experience though, and everything seems a bit overwhelming. It's nice to find a channel which embraces newbies with open arms and just tells it as it is. Thanks for the informtional video

  8. Hello, I want to tell you this with respect, I think that before your work was much more interesting and I expected every Friday to enjoy them, I'm sorry …
